Freight/ handling & packaging Prices

Ember Candles does not mark-up freight/ handling & Packaging prices, Ember Candles will endeavour to find the cheapest freight/ handing & packaging cost as possible in all cases.

If actual freight/ handling & packaging costs are lower than quoted Ember Candles will refund the difference.

Terms and conditions on freight

  • Ember provides insurance up to $1500 per parcel delivered provided the following steps are taken.

  • Upon delivery of your order,

    1. Check that the item(s) have not been damaged in transit.

    2. If the items have been damage – Do not accept the delivery.

    3. Record the connote number on the box.

    4. Call Ember Candles on 08 93790463 or email via info@embercandles.com.au and provide your connote number and order number.

    5. This will trigger the insurance claim and Ember will initiate a replacement order to be sent ASAP.

  • Please note, that if you accept the order and later open it and discover that the items have been damaged in transit the insurance cover cannot be claimed.

Returns

Ember Candles will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred once goods have left our warehouse.

Ember Candles will not be liable for any misuse or negligence by customers using candles under any circumstances. Customers are advised to always read the safety directions attached to each candle/package before use.

Ember Candles will not refund or replace any product because choice of colour or fragrance by customer does not suit or customer changes their mind.

Cancellation or adjustment to online orders is possible up until time of dispatch. If customer believes they have a faulty item, then customer should contact us by email on info@embercandles.com.au to discuss any problems.
